All Site content -- including text, graphics, logos, methodologies, and the Honed assessment framework -- is the property of The Honed Group, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No Warranties; Limitation of Liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HONED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. HONED'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM SITE USE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
